Khalid takes an Exco off DAP
Up until the weekend, PKR Selangor has promised the DAP four Exco posts.
Now Khalid say DAP will only get three spots, Pas 2-3 and PKR 4-5.
Furthermore the MB will decide if he wants a deputy MB.
If he doesn’t, DAP’s nomination of Teresa Kok is gonna be a waste of time.
I have a feeling Khalid and PKR are trying to grab everything to expand the party’s influence.
Politics of patronage is it, Khalid?

PKR is looking greedy.
After Perak, now Selangor.
By the way, if not because of those ppl tumpang PKR ticket to contest, the would not have been the majority. And 13 vs 15 is not that big of difference.
Anwar is making me mad.

Many people things Khalid experience of running PNB and Guthrie are a “gift”. IMHO, it is a “curse”! His past experience on management might be unsuitable, because governing are more about people, not just KPI,superb economy yield.
I will keep my finger crossed on Khalid, let see whether he is another Khir Toyol in making.

Pasar Malam trading lah…just like the story that the Perak State Exco would be 8:1:1 for DAP: PAS: PKR
Lets see how this turns out..

Why am I not surprised? Well, the PKR cock suckers will come and defend their holy Anwar to bits though.

HRH of Selangor Sultan don’t want a Deputy MB.. As simple as that.. The info had been circulated for a while. I don’t understand why DAP and others trying to push for it.

The worst thing PKR and PAS can do is to grab power in proportion more than the votes gave them. These people have to remember that it is the people who put them into power. If they don’t do what the people want them to do, then the people will have no interest to vote for them again next time. If a thief stole a diamond, he can take it home and keep it forever. But political offices are given by the people. They are not something anybody can keep forever. If PKR and PAS grab power this time against the wishes of the people, then the people will either vote them off next time or simply don’t vote. And either somebody new will get their votes or UMNO-BN will win again like before because few were motivated to vote against them.
PKR and PAS must remember that the voters voted for them this time not because they like them but because they disliked UMNO-BN. And most of the reason was that the Chinese and the Indians were really angry with the NEP and the marginalization. If instead of getting to work to get rid of NEP and the marginalization, PKR and PAS simply fought for political offices, then I can guarantee they will not get elected again next time.
I had posted many times for months before the election encouraging people to vote for the opposition. But frankly, I’m already losing interest for PKR and PAS. I’m beginning to hope for some other parties to emerge to replace PKR and PAS. Actually, this should be quite possible because the voters were only interested in voting against UMNO-PAS and would have voted for any opposition parties. Therefore, anybody can organize a new party and get the votes of the people. I hope honest people will start getting together and organizing new opposition parties starting now.

I think Ronnie Liu deserves the Deputy MB post more than Teresa.

DAP are starting to act like BN. Power hunger. Very weird to see that only DAP are busy talking about grabbing position until today.
And owh, is it true that one DAP state assemblyman, Teh Yee Cheu of Tanjung Bunga had decided to take a 5 month leave to tour 5 countries on bicycle?
(Not bad, eh, 5 month study tour on own expenses? Green Power!. Well done DAP. –poli101)

Dude, so the news about Teh Yee Cheu is true then?
hmmmmm…. took off just after winning an election, already leaving his constituents high and dry.

It happens that DAP wins the most seat in Penang and Perak. And almost equal out in Selangor.
And if you could train your careful observation beyond the rhetoric of lying main stream media; you will notice its DAP who has been the one giving way to the other parties.

carboncopy, it is not the lying mainstream media, the DAP has to worry about, it is the backstabbing bastards

OMG!!! Teh Yee Cheu takes FIVE MONTHS OFF TO GO ON A BICYCLE TOUR OF FIVE COUNTRIES!! TREASON! SEDITION! HANG THE BUGGER TO DRY! Oh sheesh… let me tell all of you something. Elected representatives have something called PRIVATE LIVES! OMG! Yes, that’s true. They have private lives and pursuits of their own. Saying that Teh has abandoned his constituencies is highly ridiculous. Don’t worry.. I am sure the people of Tg. Bungah can function ok without him for five months. Let’s judge him after four to five years?
Anyway, good to know that he’s going green! Let’s all support DAP’s environmentally conscientious Assemblyman.
