Whatever Petronas money left from subsidies, is meant for Umno and cronies to splurge on.
Cannot have too many committments as the leftover money won’t suffice.

Some of the left overs are being used by Mahatail in building Putrajaya. They build 2 bridges on land and then duy a pond like graveyard and hey, they have build bridges in Putrajaya using Petronas money!!!
