Dotcom politician (n) dot com pol·i·ti·cian — a person who made an impact on the internet before making his/her political debut.

Example:

“Wah, that Tony Pua fella is doing heaps of legwork on the net and the ground leading up to the elections.”

“Yeah, he and local blogging king Jeff Ooi are the country’s first dotcom politicians.”

Dotcomrade. (n) An Internet acquaintance; someone you chat with but have never actually met.

Example:

“So, who’s this aCTiViST34 babe?”

“I dunno, man. She’s just a dotcomrade of mine.”

Infoporn (n) Information that serves no purpose and consumes valuable space in your head.

Example: “Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor will make history when he becomes the country’s first space tourist on board the Russian Soyuz TMA-11 spacecraft at 21.22hr Malaysian time today.”

Errorist (n) Someone who repeatedly makes mistakes.

A super-duper dumbass.

Example: “Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi today rejected calls for the setting up of a royal commission of inquiry to look into the ‘Lingam video’ controversy.” [malaysiakini]

Ignoranus — (ĭg’nə-rā’nəs) (n.) a person who is not only ignorant but who is also an asshole.
